Nervous System Regulation Workshop

When we feel overwhelmed by fear—whether the threat is real or perceived—our autonomic nervous system kicks into survival mode: fight, flight, freeze, fawn, or shut down. Many of us live with a constantly activated nervous system due to ongoing stress and anxiety, leaving us on high alert. This can manifest as tension, reactivity, defensiveness, irritability, numbness, or disconnection. This workshop introduces simple, effective practices to support nervous system regulation. With a more regulated system, we can better process experiences, respond creatively to challenges, and return to a sense of safety and presence.

Mental Health Basics Series

This six-class series introduces foundational mental health concepts, along with somatic practices, mindfulness exercises, inquiries, and rituals. While not a substitute for therapy, the series offers practical tools to support emotional and mental well-being. We will focus on regulating the nervous system, working with emotions, needs and boundaries, exploring our relationship with ourselves and others, getting in touch with our inner guidance, and purpose.

On Being a Trauma Therapist Workshop

This workshop explores the unique challenges faced by trauma therapists and offers tools for staying grounded and regulated. Together, we’ll practice strategies for self-care during, before, and after client sessions. We’ll also examine the difference between "being" a therapist and "doing" therapy, and explore energetic and contemplative practices that foster authenticity, presence, and resilience.

Training for therapists working with couples

This workshop focuses on working with relationships through a Gestalt Therapy lens. Gestalt Therapy is an experiential approach to therapy that emphasizes exploring the experience in the present moment to increase awareness and choice. We will discuss different principles of Gestalt Therapy and how to use them in working with people in relationship such as regulation, co-regulation, parts work etc. A particular emphasis will be given to setting up experiments, facilitating mindfulness and somatic work. You’ll come away with simple, practical tools to support your work with couples or any two-person relationship dynamic.
